The "captcha" security for wordpress is enforced to ensure your safety. With the following plugin you can rename the admin login area:

Once renamed, the captcha will not show again.
We can not disable the captcha security (without the plugin) due to massive attacks on wordpress websites in the world. This protection is there to protect our and your servers.
